These official rules (“Official Rules”) apply to the Win a Houseful of Windows from Windows of Richmond™ sponsored by Windows of Richmond™ (A Division of BNW Builders™). 1. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is offered only to legal residents of Virginia that are at least 18 years of age. Employees and directors of BNW, others sponsors, and their immediate family or members of their same households are not eligible. Persons with current contracts with Windows of Richmond™ or BNW Builders™ are also not eligible for homes to which the contract applies. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects. 2. Promotional Period: Promotional period begins on March 1, 2023, at 12:01 a.m. E.T. and ends on May 31, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. E.T. 3. Entry: To enter the sweepstakes, you must stop in our showroom at 8601 Staples Mill Road, Richmond Virginia 23228. You will need to provide but not limited to, your full name, e-mail address, cell phone number, home phone number, and home address, including zip code. You cannot exceed one (1) entry per household. Multiple entries will lead to disqualification. Purchasers of Genesis™ brand windows or any other brand window from Windows of Richmond™ made during the promotional period are eligible to enter the sweepstakes. Existing contracts are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes. 4. Drawing: Drawing for the grand prize package will take place between June 1, 2023, and June 15, 2023, and the drawing will be conducted by the sponsors. The winner of the drawing will be notified by email no later than June 15, 2023. 5. Prize: During the Promotional Period, contestants will be able to enter to win one grand prize. The grand prize is as follows: Winner will be eligible to receive window replacement for up to twenty (20) windows, representing a $11,900.00 maximum value. Window replacement brand will be Genesis™ non-impact, white interior color, white exterior color, Low-E Argon glass, double hung, two section slider, or picture window styles. In the event the winner was eligible to enter sweepstakes at the time of entry but subsequently purchases a Genesis™ brand window(s) from Windows of Richmond™ during the promotional period, winner will be refunded the lesser amount of $11,900.00 or the value of their purchase, in lieu of the grand prize. If an eligible winner determines to upgrade from Genesis™ brand window(s) from Windows of Richmond™, the eligible winner shall be entitled to apply $595 per window up to a maximum of $11,900 toward the upgrade cost. Window replacement must be on a residential home within 30 miles of Windows of Richmond™ office, a division of BNW Builders™, located at 8601 Staples Mill Road, Richmond, Virginia 23228. For information regarding Genesis windows, please stop by BNW Builders’™ showroom. 6. Odds of winning: Odds of winning the drawing depends upon the number of eligible entries received for the drawing. 7. Prize restrictions: Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the individual prize winner. Where required, winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the appropriate retail value of prize. Only the specific prize package stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Sweepstakes. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash except as outlined herein. 8. Disputes: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any participant and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without giving effort to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. 9. Winner List: For the name of the winner, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by May 31, 2023, to Sponsor at 8601 Staples Mill Road, Richmond, Virginia 23228. Winner agrees to place Windows of Richmond yard signage in prominent, visible location for a minimum of 90 days after installation.
